  • What will you do with any duplicate or questionable addresses from my list?

    With every mailing order, duplicate listings are removed, to identify "undeliverable" or questionable addresses.

    Often, even addresses considered questionable to reach their destination might be delivered successfully because the local mail carrier knows the particular neighborhood and where to deliver the mail piece.

    Please let us know when uploading your mailing list how to handle any bad addresses and we will adjust your mailing quantity as required.
  • Can you send the questionable addresses or clean list back to me??

    updated version of addresses can be sent to you in the format specified by you.
  • What mailing list format should I send you?

    The best file formats to for your mailing list are either Microsoft Excel or a tab or comma delimited text file. tel. number for any inquiries about the format.

    The most common file formats and extensions for mailing lists are:

            - CSV Comma Delimited
            - ASC ASCII text file
            - TXT ASCII text file
            - XLS Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet

  • Is here a fee for a Return Service Request?

    Yes, for Standard or Bulk mailing, the piece will be returned to you and you will be charged a First Class rate plus a nominal amount (determined by a complicated set of variables….).

Mailing Lists

Customer's mailing list(s) will not be sold or offered for use to any other party while in the possession of Eureka Science. All Mailing List(s) is the exclusive property of the customer and shall be used only with customer's instructions. Eureka Science will not utilize the customer's list for any other purpose.

Shipping & Postal Delivery Times

All delivery dates are estimated in case of ordinary mailing. Eureka Science will neither be responsible for delays caused by the Post Office or delays in urgent shipment delivery caused by the customs clearance.
